Rotary lump breakers

The stub axle components for rotary lump breakers on soil tillage machines are subject to dangerous wear and tear.

Dust, stones, mud and aggressive chemical agents can seriously compromise the efficiency of vital components such as seals and consequently the bearings inside the hub which, when broken, inhibit stub axle operations.

To overcome these problems, TVZ has designed a series of specific seals and protections, together with the possibility of replacing all the components, which is not possible in cases of stub axle with integrated bearing.
